RETURNS
Free returns are available for customers based in the US only and the following terms apply to all products, as per these conditions as listed below:
Starting your Return
- We will accept all authorized returns, excluding personal items such as personal lingerie, swimsuits, makeup, jewelry and sales items, or as directed by our third-party vendors, however, those items may be marked as non-returnable.
- All items must be in the same condition you received them, with all original hangtags and packaging and no alterations or wear and tear.
- To qualify for a return, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days after receipt of your intent to return by filling out the return form below.
- Please include your order number, items returning, and the reason, in addition to any other information requested on our form or any comments or questions you might have.
- Once the request for pickup service has been confirmed, you will receive a free return label from us via email. You must return the purchase within five (5) calendar days of receiving the return label by you. Just print the email label you will receive, attach it to the box or package and return the item per the instructions sent to you with the label.
Damaged Returns
- If you feel your item is defective, please mention how and what is damaged in your return form. This way, we can better understand what is wrong with the item once we receive it back in our warehouse.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
- If there is an issue due to materials, craftmanship, a lost or mishandled delivery we will happily offer you and exchange for the items in the form of a store credit to your account, this credit will be available to you for a full year.
Getting a Refund
- Once our vendor receives your return and the item has been evaluated as eligible for return, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the items purchased, less a 10% restocking fee and shipping. The refund will be credited back to the original card payment. However, we will waive the 10% restocking fee if you choose an e-store credit or gift card on your Cheeky Divas Fashion account.
- Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. However, please understand that it can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account and is not within our control.
Color Differences
- Due to differences in monitors, the color you see on your screen may be slightly different than the item you receive. All products are printed per each designer's specification and cannot be altered.
Note: Please remember we do not refund or replace Items that are not in their original condition and packaging, damaged due to misuse, showing signs of wear and tear, or altered, even if they are within the allowable calendar days.
